Qualifications

Proven experience as a Project Manager or a similar role within the construction industry.
Strong knowledge of construction contracts, contract law, and relevant regulations.
Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to manage multiple contracts simultaneously and work effectively under pressure.

Responsibilities

Collaborate with site managers, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure contract terms and conditions align with project requirements.
Oversee all site operations to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards.
Ensure strict adherence to health, safety, and environmental standards.
Monitor progress, prepare reports, and resolve on-site issues effectively.
Liaise with clients, design teams, and stakeholders to ensure project goals are met.
