Job summary

GPC - Global Professional Consultants in Ireland seeks an experienced Project Manager to lead major commercial, pharmaceutical, and data centre builds in Dublin. You will oversee pre-construction through final handover, manage budgets and schedules, and drive safety and quality on site.

The role requires strong leadership, excellent communication, and a proven track record with main contractors on complex projects.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Project Manager with a main contractor.
• Strong background delivering commercial construction projects.
• Experience on Data Centre, Pharmaceutical or controlled environment projects is advantageous.
• Excellent leadership, communication and organisational skills.
• Strong knowledge of project planning, budgeting and programme management.
• Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and deliver projects to a high standard.

Responsibilities

• Manage multiple construction projects from pre-construction through to successful completion.
• Ensure all works are delivered safely and in compliance with Health & Safety regulations.
• Coordinate and manage subcontractors, suppliers and the onsite supply chain.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and key project stakeholders.
• Develop, monitor and update project programmes to ensure milestones are achieved.
• Resolve onsite issues efficiently while maintaining programme, quality and budget.
• Work closely with internal departments to ensure smooth project delivery.
• Oversee project documentation, reporting and commercial performance.
