Job summary

Corlann – West Region is seeking a Senior Community Facilitator to support individuals with intellectual disability and autism. The role focuses on person-centred planning, delivering daily living supports, and implementing Positive Behaviour Support plans.

The post is permanent part-time, 70 hours per fortnight, with rostered Monday to Friday hours and potential transfer to other locations as required. Closing date and inquiries are specified in the job posting.

Qualifications

• QQI Level 7 qualification relevant to the Social Care sector.
• Fluency in verbal and written English is essential.
• Full clean manual driving licence and own car are essential.
• Proficiency with IT and assistive technology.
• Ability to work in a team and demonstrate creativity and enthusiasm.
• Willingness to be flexible in working hours to deliver a quality service.

Responsibilities

• Support an individual with an Intellectual Disability and Autism in daily living.
• Deliver supports in line with Personal Outcome Measures and Positive Behaviour Support plans.
• Lead and work with a keyworker to achieve priority goals.
