Job summary

United States Digital Space LLC in Dublin is seeking a Senior Sales Engineer to join the Commercial sales team. You will translate complex data replication needs into technical solutions and collaborate with sales to drive value.

The role is full-time with a hybrid schedule, including two days in the Dublin office each week, and requires outstanding communication to explain concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in data replication, sales engineering, or related field.
• Strong background in database replication, cloud infra, and data replication tech.
• Experience with cloud data warehouses, transformation tools, data catalogs, and BI tools.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills to explain complex concepts to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Hands-on with Oracle, SQL Server, Postgres, MySQL, and NoSQL databases.
• Experience with self-hosted software and supporting infrastructure.
• Hands on networking experience in cloud and on-premise

Responsibilities

• Understand Commercial customers' business needs and data replication requirements.
• Develop and deliver technical presentations to Commercial audiences.
• Lead proof-of-value, ensuring a clear technical win in the sales process.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive company-wide improvements.
• Partner with Sales reps while maintaining customer focus and technical excellence.
• Stay up-to-date on data tech trends to inform solutions.
• Assist teammates in resolving advanced technical or business roadblocks
