Job summary

Lavelle Partners LLP in Dublin 2 is seeking an experienced Commercial Property Solicitor to join our expanding team. The role requires 5–7 years’ post-qualification experience in commercial property and will involve advising on leases, development and asset management.

You will handle purchases and sales of commercial and residential properties, draft leases, and work with corporate and litigation teams on complex matters. Deadline: Friday, 18th September 2026.

Qualifications

• Minimum of five to seven years’ PQE in primarily commercial property, with a lesser focus on residential property
• Highly organised with a proven ability to manage a busy caseload
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Ability to manage competing priorities and deadlines
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Adept at managing client relations

Responsibilities

• Advising business and private clients on a broad range of commercial and residential property matters including commercial leases, property development and property asset management.
• Purchases and sales of commercial property, with a secondary focus on residential sales and purchases
• Drafting and negotiating commercial and residential property leases on behalf of landlord and tenant clients
• Experience of dealing with commercial properties with a secondary focus on residential properties comprised in Managed Estates
• Investigation of title on purchase/sale/corporate transactions and commercial lending
• Ability to perfect title registrations and resolve Land Registry queries
• Purchases and sales of residential investment property
• Working collaboratively with the Corporate team on reorganisations and the Litigation team in relation to contentious property disputes
• Participating in business development and networking activities as required
