Job summary

Dornan Engineering Group, based in Dublin, seeks a Commercial Manager to lead our commercial team on flagship projects in the region. You will support delivery on large-scale projects in Dublin, reporting to our Group Commercial Director.

You will oversee pre-construction through final accounts, manage quantity surveying teams, and drive commercial performance and profitability in collaboration with operations and design teams.

Qualifications

• Degree in Quantity Surveying, Commercial Management or related construction discipline.
• 8–10 years' experience in commercial or quantity surveying roles within construction.
• Experience with a Tier 1 General Contractor on major commercial, industrial, data centre or infrastructure projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead the commercial management of large-scale construction projects from pre-construction to final account.
• Manage and develop project quantity surveying teams with guidance and commercial leadership.
• Oversee contract administration, risk management, cost control, change management and reporting.
