Lumen Search in West Dublin seeks an experienced Commercial Manager to take a senior position in our established division. This role focuses on the commercial performance of major contracts, working with operations, clients and leadership to drive profitability.

The successful candidate may come from senior QS or commercial management backgrounds, with a track record in negotiating contracts and managing complex commercial arrangements.

Qualifications

• Significant experience in Quantity Surveying / Commercial Management.
• Current Senior QS, Managing QS, Commercial Manager or equivalent.
• Experience managing major contracts and complex commercial arrangements.
• Background in scaffolding / access solutions, specialist contracting, mechanical/electrical contracting, pharmaceutical, construction/infrastructure.

Responsibilities

• Take responsibility for the commercial management and financial performance of major contracts.
• Work with the Operations Director to drive profitability and commercial performance across the division.
• Provide commercial advice and support to operational teams and senior management.
• Ensure commercial controls and governance are maintained across projects.
• Identify commercial risks and opportunities and manage them.
