The role demands a law degree, EU qualification, and 10+ years’ experience spanning top international firms and in‑house multinational practice, with strong English communication and independent, multi‑jurisdictional capabilities.

Qualifications

• Law degree and qualification to practice in at least one EU jurisdiction.
• 10+ years of legal experience including training at a reputable international law firm and in-house counsel experience with a multinational corporation.
• Fluency in English with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong track record in commercial transactions, international contracting, and cross-border legal issues.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities across jurisdictions.

Responsibilities

• Handle customer sales contracts, channel partner agreements, procurement agreements, and technology licensing arrangements.
• Oversee GDPR compliance, export controls, and anti-bribery/anti-corruption programs.
• Collaborate with senior leadership to shape legal strategy and risk management across EU operations.
