Job summary

Crusoe Energy Systems LLC is seeking a Cloud Support Engineer to empower customers using Crusoe Cloud. You will be the primary technical contact, solving issues across GPUs, VMs, and infrastructure, while meeting SLAs and CSAT targets.

The role involves collaboration with SRE, Networking, and Storage teams, participation in on-call shifts, and development of training materials and SOPs to improve customer success.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or 4+ years of relevant technical experience.
• 5+ years in customer support in cloud, storage or networking.
• Strong Linux CLI and Git experience.
• Familiarity with Kubernetes, Slurm, Terraform and monitoring tools.
• Knowledge of HPC technologies and SDN concepts.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional technical support via Zendesk with SLA adherence.
• Participate in 24/7 on-call rotation for critical issues.
• Diagnose and resolve issues with VMs, hardware, and scaling tests.
• Collaborate with SRE, Networking, and Storage teams on RCA.
• Create onboarding materials, SOPs, and knowledge base content.
