Job summary

GCS Recruitment is seeking a Cloud Infrastructure Engineer in Dublin on an 11-month PAYE contract with hybrid onsite work (2 days in the office). You will design, deploy and operate large-scale cloud infrastructure across AWS/Azure/GCP, focusing on automation, reliability and performance in production environments.

Candidates should have 3+ years of hands-on cloud engineering, strong scripting (Python) and experience solving complex distributed systems at scale.

Qualifications

• 3+ years' hands-on public cloud engineering experience.
• Strong AWS and/or Azure expertise.
• Experience designing and operating infrastructure in production environments.
• Experience supporting cloud services at scale.

Build, Scale and Operate Cloud Infrastructure at Enterprise Scale

We're seeking experienced Cloud Infrastructure Engineers to join a global engineering organisation responsible for designing, deploying and operating large-scale production infrastructure across public cloud environments.

This is a hands‑on engineering role suited to candidates who enjoy building and improving cloud platforms rather than simply administering them. You'll work across complex production environments supporting services used by thousands of users and customers globally.

What You'll Be Doing

• Design, build and support large-scale cloud infrastructure solutions
