Job summary

Pod-Trak is seeking an experienced Civils-biased Project Manager to deliver major civil and multi-disciplinary infrastructure works across Ireland. You will own safety, programme, and commercial performance, coordinating clients, subcontractors, and internal teams to achieve high-quality delivery.

The role demands strong leadership, solid knowledge of construction methodologies, and a track record managing NEC or similar contracts.

Qualifications

Experience managing civil engineering or utilities projects.
Strong leadership and communication skills.
Knowledge of NEC or similar contract forms is required.
Full driving licence with ability to travel across Ireland.

Responsibilities

Lead delivery of civil and infrastructure projects from inception to completion.
Oversee site activities ensuring safety, quality and environmental standards.
Develop and manage programmes, budgets and risk registers.
Coordinate design, procurement and construction teams to meet milestones.
Manage client and stakeholder communication throughout the project lifecycle.
Control costs, monitor variations, and report commercial performance.
Lead progress meetings and ensure documentation and reporting.
