Job summary

Circet Ireland & UK is hiring an experienced Project Engineer to join our Dublin team, delivering civil engineering and underground HV cable design/build projects. Reporting to the Contracts Manager, you will oversee planning, technical compliance, site management, and subcontractor supervision to meet scope, schedule and budget.

The ideal candidate holds a Civil Engineering degree, 4–5 years’ experience, and hands-on experience with AutoCAD/Civil 3D, Trimble GPS, and site QA.

Qualifications

• Degree qualified in Civil Engineering or Construction Management
• 4–5 years’ experience in civils/roadworks
• Experience with setting-out equipment (Trimble GPS, robotic total station)
• AutoCAD and Civil 3D knowledge advantageous
• Experience in roadworks and utilities, especially underground power

Responsibilities

• Promote health, safety and quality on projects
• Oversee site management and subcontractors
• Coordinate with design teams and clients
• Raising RFIs, MARs, NCRs
• Maintain daily site records and progress reporting
