A leading telecommunications provider is seeking a Senior Civil Engineer to work on HV cable projects across Ireland. The role involves ensuring compliance with safety regulations, overseeing quality control, and managing on-site operations. The ideal candidate will have a degree in Civil Engineering, 4-5 years of experience, and proficiency in setting out equipment and AutoCAD. Qualifications

• Minimum 4-5 years’ experience required.
• Experience working with AutoCAD and Civil 3D is an advantage.
• Experience of roadworks and utility installations, particularly underground power.

Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with Health & Safety Regulations.
• Oversee quality control on site for all aspects of the works.
• Managing all aspects of the works on site on a daily basis.

Skills

Knowledge of setting out equipment - Trimble GPS, robotic total station, levelling equipment

Experience in quality control of engineering materials on site

Good communication skills

Problem solver

Education

Degree Qualified in Civil Engineering or Construction Management
