Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Foreperson on civil engineering projects.
• Strong understanding of civil engineering construction methods.
• Knowledge of Irish health and safety regulations.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings.
• Full Irish driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Supervise on-site teams and subcontractors.
• Liaise with project managers to keep projects on schedule.
• Monitor work quality and compliance with standards.
• Enforce health and safety guidelines on site.
• Order and allocate materials and tools as needed.
