Job summary

Stantec Consulting International Ltd. in Ireland invites a Senior Civil Engineer to join the water sector team in Cork. You will work on wastewater projects from concept through to construction support, gaining exposure across the full project lifecycle.

You will collaborate with engineers, environmental specialists, and planners to deliver integrated solutions, develop your project management and client-facing skills, and contribute to design, reports and documentation.

Qualifications

• A minimum Level 8 degree in Engineering.
• Strong post-graduate experience in water network design.
• Solid professional and technical knowledge, with the ability to apply engineering principles effectively.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with colleagues and clients.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to technical design work, including drawings, calculations and specifications.
• Assist with reports and contract documentation across project stages.
• Collaborate with engineers, environmental specialists and project managers for integrated solutions.
• Support delivery of wastewater infrastructure, ensuring regulatory compliance and client value.
