Job summary

Stantec is seeking a Senior Civil Engineer for its Ireland water team to lead wastewater projects from concept through construction support. You will contribute to drawings, calculations, and reports while working with engineers, environmental specialists, and project managers across the project lifecycle.

Applicants should hold a Level 8 degree in Engineering or related discipline and possess strong post-graduate experience in water network design, with excellent communication skills to engage

• Strong post‑graduate experience in water network design.
• Solid professional and technical knowledge, with the ability to apply engineering principles effectively.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with colleagues and clients.

Responsibilities

• Support the delivery of wastewater projects at all stages, including technical design work, drawings, calculations, specifications, and contract documentation.
• Collaborate with engineers, environmental specialists and project managers in a multidisciplinary setting.
• Contribute to reports and contract documentation and assist with project deliverables.
