Job summary

WSP, a global engineering and professional services firm, is seeking a Civil Engineer with chartered progression to lead design teams on water and wastewater projects in the Regulated Water Asset Design team.

You will manage scope, budgets and schedules, mentor junior staff, and collaborate with clients to deliver high-quality outcomes across the UK and Ireland. A strong communicator with client-facing experience will thrive here.

Qualifications

• Degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent.
• Progress towards ICE/CIWEM chartered status encouraged.
• Experience leading civil engineering design teams and managing budgets.

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of project delivery including safety, quality and budget.
• Manage multi-disciplinary teams.
• Build client relationships to ensure outcomes and satisfaction.
