Job summary

ProSource Group, a specialist Irish recruitment consultancy, is seeking a Senior Civil Engineer for their Dublin office. You will lead design and delivery on multiple projects, mentor engineers and foster client relationships across residential, education, commercial and regeneration sectors.

You will supervise planning, procurement and technical approvals, coordinate multi-disciplinary teams and manage budgets while promoting high-quality outcomes and professional development toward chartership.

Qualifications

• Degree in Civil Engineering or a related discipline.
• Post-graduate experience within a civil engineering design consultancy.
• Chartered or Incorporated status with Engineers Ireland, ICE, CIHT, CIWEM or similar preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead the civil engineering design and delivery of multiple projects from planning through to construction.
• Manage project teams and oversee engineers at varying levels of experience.
• Coordinate resources, programmes and technical deliverables to meet deadlines and quality standards.
• Liaise with clients, architects, design teams and authorities to secure approvals.
• Mentor junior engineers and support progression toward chartership.
• Support fee proposals, bids and business development activities.
• Develop existing client relationships and identify new opportunities.
• Ensure delivery complies with internal QA and management systems.
