Job summary

John Sisk & Son Ltd. seeks a Senior Engineer to lead the Life Science Team in Limerick. You will coordinate engineering strategy, QA documentation, and site control, while ensuring safety and compliance across temporary works and lifting operations.

Ideal candidates bring civil engineering qualification and extensive experience in design management, surveying and project delivery within complex schemes. The role offers a path to leadership in a global construction environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in civil engineering project management and QA processes.
• Competent in design management and technical coordination across trades.
• Strong understanding of temporary works and lifting operations.

Responsibilities

• Oversee QA and record keeping for projects and maintain documentation.
• Coordinate with line manager and provide engineering leadership on site.
• Manage temporary works control and lifting operations as required.
• Review inspections across concrete, drainage, steelwork and brickwork.
• Close out NCRs and ensure cost of defects is managed.
• Ensure permits to break ground are issued and hold project tolerances.
