Job summary

Design Build Search is seeking a Senior Site Engineer to support the Construction Management Team in delivering building elements with strong on-site control. You will oversee setting-out activities, coordinate with subcontractors and clients, and ensure compliance with plans, specs, quality, and safety.

The role requires a Civil Engineering degree and at least 4 years as Site Engineer with a main contractor, with hands-on use of total stations, GPS, and laser levels.

Qualifications

• Degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
• 4+ years’ experience as Site Engineer with a Main Contractor.
• Experience using setting-out equipment: total stations, GPS and laser levels.
• Strong knowledge of temporary works coordination.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Inspect shuttering, reinforcement, and dimensional compliance prior to concrete pours, and maintain materials reconciliation records.

Job description

The Senior Site Engineer will play a key role in supporting the Construction Management Team, ensuring effective on-site control and successful delivery of the building elements of construction projects. This position involves technical oversight, coordination of site activities, and leadership of site engineering functions.

Key Responsibilities

Requirements
