Job summary

AtkinsRéalis is seeking an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor (MRICS/MSCSI) to lead cost and commercial management across complex construction and infra projects in Ireland. You will advise on procurement, prepare Bills of Quantities, and manage contracts from pre-contract through to final accounts.

The role requires leadership of junior QS staff, strong risk management and stakeholder communication, with a focus on value engineering and robust commercial reporting.

Qualifications

• MRICS or MSCSI chartered status required.
• Degree-qualified in Quantity Surveying or Construction Economics or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Lead cost planning, benchmarking and budget establishment across projects.
• Prepare and manage Bills of Quantities, cost plans and estimates.
• Provide procurement strategy advice and manage tender process.
