Job summary

AtkinsRéalis Ireland Limited is seeking an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor (Chartered SCSI / RICS) to lead cost and commercial management across complex construction and infrastructure projects. You will be a trusted adviser, ensuring robust financial control, value optimisation and risk management throughout pre- and post-contract stages.

Qualifications

• Chartered Quantity Surveyor MRICS and/or MSCSI essential.
• Degree in Quantity Surveying / Construction Economics or equivalent.
• Significant cost and commercial management experience.
• Strong pre- and post-contract experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead cost planning, budget establishment, and procurement strategy.
• Manage Bills of Quantities, cost plans and tender documentation.
• Administer contracts and handle variations, interim valuations and final accounts.
• Provide strategic cost advice, risk management and value engineering.
• Lead and mentor junior QS and ensure quality of deliverables.
