Job summary

MatchMedics is recruiting a Consultant Child & Adolescent Psychiatrist to join an established CAMHS service in Waterford, Ireland. You will provide specialist assessment and treatment to children and adolescents with moderate to severe mental health difficulties, while providing Consultant-level clinical leadership within the CAMHS team.

You will work alongside psychology, nursing, occupational therapy, social work and other healthcare professionals, with opportunities to supervise junior

Qualifications

• Specialist Registration, or eligibility for Specialist Registration, with the Irish Medical Council in Child & Adolescent Psychiatry.
• CCT, CCST, CESR or recognised equivalent specialist qualification.
• Significant CAMHS experience.
• Strong multidisciplinary and clinical leadership experience.
