Job summary

Expleo in Ireland is seeking an experienced Systems Analyst / Business Analyst to join a complex technology programme, working across the full software delivery lifecycle. You’ll act as the bridge between business and technology teams, translating complex requirements into clear, deliverable solutions and collaborating with developers, DevOps, solution architects and senior stakeholders.

You will gather and document requirements, translate them into user stories and acceptance criteria, and help

Qualifications

• Experience as Systems Analyst, Technical BA or BA in a software delivery environment.
• End-to-end SDLC experience.
• Strong requirements gathering and documentation skills.
• Experience with user stories, storyboarding and Agile/DevOps delivery.
• Strong technical understanding and ability to work closely with development and architecture teams.
• Excellent stakeholder management with senior stakeholders.
• Strong communication, analytical and problem-solving skills.

Overview

We are looking for an experienced Systems Analyst / Business Analyst to join a complex technology programme, working across the full software delivery lifecycle.

You’ll act as the link between business and technology teams, turning complex requirements into clear, deliverable solutions. This role would suit a technically minded BA who is comfortable working with developers, DevOps teams, Solution Architects and senior stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Gather and document functional, technical and non-functional requirements
• Translate requirements into clear user stories, acceptance criteria and storyboards
