Job summary

Expleo Group in Ireland is seeking a Senior Business Analyst to provide professional advice and manage areas within Business Analysis, overseeing technical and business readiness workstreams to deliver projects on time and within budget.

The role requires Transfer Agency experience, client onboarding, fund migration, conversion or deconversion projects, and familiarity with NSCC processes. You will engage stakeholders, map processes, and drive requirements through workshops and documentation.

• Experience with Transfer Agency and client onboarding, fund migration, conversion or deconversion projects.
• Knowledge of NSCC processes is desirable and beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Manage and coordinate multiple phases of technical and/or business readiness activities within a project and/or multiple small projects of moderate scope and complexity.
• Support Transfer Agency client onboarding, fund migration, conversion, and deconversion initiatives.
• Map end-to-end business processes and implement solutions for improvements within the context of overall business processes.
• Gather business requirements from stakeholders and review existing processes to produce detailed business requirement specifications.
• Run workshops to create detailed business, functional, and non-functional requirements.
• Supervise team contribution and communication to ensure complete requirement coverage.
• Apply standards and methodologies, providing expertise on methods and tools.
• Conduct needs analysis, task planning, process/data analysis and modelling, and/or logical database design.
• Identify and assess risks, agree project approaches, and prepare plans including quality, risk, and communication.
• Track activities against schedules and manage stakeholder involvement.
• Support business readiness activities including stakeholder engagement, training coordination and implementation planning.
• Handle training and build competency within the practice.

You will join our high-performance team of Business Analysts and act as a Senior Business Analyst, providing professional advice, managing and/or coordinating an area within Business Analysis. You will have the opportunity to oversee technical and business readiness workstreams within projects, using available frameworks, tools, and methodologies to deliver project goals on time and within budget.

This role is suitable for candidates with either a Business Readiness or Technical Business Analysis background. Candidates must have Transfer Agency experience and proven exposure to client onboarding, fund migration, conversion, or deconversion projects. Experience with NSCC processes is highly desirable.

• Handle training and build competency within the practice.

Qualifications

• Relevant third level qualification or equivalent work experience

Experience

• 7 years of proven experience as a Business Analyst, successfully gathering requirements, analyzing business processes, identifying improvement opportunities, and delivering solutions that align with organizational objectives.
• Strong knowledge of business analysis methodologies and awareness of emerging technologies and developments.
• Good applications and technology knowledge, building on specialist domain expertise.
• Proven ability to ensure projects meet quality standards through guidance and development of quality procedures.
• Experience applying problem-solving methodologies and tools to diagnose and resolve operational and technical challenges.Experience providing technical guidance and support to colleagues.
• Highly proficient in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
• Experience with NSCC processes is preferred.
