Barden | B Corp is supporting a growing Cork-based facilities management and property services business in its search for a Business Development professional. This role is the first dedicated commercial hire, focused on building long-term relationships with senior decision-makers in major property and facilities accounts.

• Experience developing new business within facilities management, outsourcing or property services.

Responsabilidades

• Develop new relationships with major property owners, asset managers and managing agents.
• Identify opportunities for facilities management, outsourcing, project management and maintenance services.
• Build and manage a strong commercial pipeline across target accounts.
• Take ownership of the full sales process, from initial engagement through to proposal, pricing and tender.
• Understand client requirements and translate them into commercially viable service solutions.
• Build long-term relationships rather than focusing on single transactions.
• Lead formal tender and bid processes, coordinating information and stakeholders for strong proposals.
• Work with the founder to shape the company’s BD approach and identify growth areas.
• Represent the business credibly with senior property and facilities decision-makers.
