Job summary

Nua Healthcare Services is embarking on a multi-year IT transformation. This role sits in the PMO, bridging business and technical teams to deliver high-quality requirements, designs, and data-driven insights.

The successful candidate will support governance, security, and process improvements while enabling effective change across sites. Ideal candidates bring 5+ years in business analysis, strong documentation skills, and experience with healthcare or regulated environments.

Qualifications

Minimum of 5 years' experience in business analysis roles.
Experience in requirements engineering, process modelling, data analysis, and Agile documentation.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
Ability to produce clear technical functional specifications and data mappings.
Experience working across multiple sites; testing (UAT) exposure.
Healthcare or regulated environment experience is advantageous.

Responsibilities

Build strong relationships with stakeholders via proactive engagement and clear communication.
Facilitate workshops and discovery sessions to drive shared understanding.
Translate business needs into detailed deliverables for delivery teams.
Support UAT planning, test scenarios, and defect triage.
