Job summary

NTT DATA is seeking a Senior Business Analyst to join our Financial Services Advisory Practice in Ireland. You will lead digital transformation initiatives, plan and monitor projects, and partner with Banking clients to deliver strategic change across processes, customer journeys and operating models.

You will engage with multiple stakeholders, document requirements, map as-is and to-be processes, and contribute to data-driven business cases and benefits realization.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in Financial Services.
• Experience designing and documenting business cases and processes.
• Experience managing projects from inception to delivery.
• IT background with solid technology grounding.
• Experience with both Agile and waterfall SDLCs.
• Strong communication, stakeholder management and continuous improvement mindset.
