Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years’ experience post apprenticeship in industrial/commercial maintenance.
• Strong background in heating, cooling and DHW systems and mechanical plant.
• Ability to interpret technical manuals, drawings and schematics.
• Commitment to safety protocols and working autonomously.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and diagnose boiler and related mechanical issues with minimal downtime.
• Adhere to safety standards and manufacturer specifications during maintenance work.
• Document inspections, repairs and equipment performance; generate maintenance reports.
• Coordinate with team members and external contractors to optimise schedules and resources.
