Job summary

Jones Engineering in Dublin is seeking a Maintenance Plumber to join our mechanical services team. You will carry out maintenance and repair of plant, plumbing, pipe fitting, and gas welding, with a focus on HVAC plant fault finding and reactive call outs.

The role requires a minimum of 3 years post-apprenticeship experience, a full clean driving licence, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years post apprenticeship experience in service and repair.
• Carry out maintenance and repair of plant, plumbing and pipe fitting.
• Gas welding and fault finding on HVAC plant.
• Carry out reactive call outs and unscheduled works.

Skills And Requirements

• Minimum 3 years post apprenticeship experience in service and repair
• Carry out maintenance and repair of plant
• Plumbing & Pipe fitting
• Gas welding
• Fault finding in all aspects of HVAC plant
• Carry out reactive call outs and unscheduled works
• To ensure all works are carried out to a high standard and to be delivered on time
• Aptos (Body)To work with company CMMS and keep updated at all times
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to work individually as well as a part of a team
• The ability to start and develop excellent relationships with clients
• Valid/Full clean driver's license essential
• Familiar with the use of BMS systems desirable

Advantageous But Not Essential Skills

• Experience maintaining Commercial Boilers, Air Handling Units, Supply and Extract Fans and all ancillary boiler house plant.
• Experience maintaining Single Splits, VRV systems, Chillers
• RGI preferred but not essential.
