Job summary

Pangea is seeking a Senior BMS/EPMS Engineer to lead the design, coordination and delivery of Building Management Systems and Electrical Power Management Systems for mission-critical environments in Ireland.

You'll work across consultancy, design and construction stages, collaborating with clients, project teams, contractors, and vendors to ensure high-quality delivery. 5+ years in data centre/industrial environments is required, with expertise in EPMS/BCMS, PLC, BAS/BMS, and open BAS protocols.

Qualifications

• 5+ years' experience in data centre, industrial, high-tech or mission-critical environments.
• Strong knowledge of EPMS/BCMS, PLC, BAS/BMS, and electrical power monitoring.
• Familiarity with open BAS protocols: BACnet, LON, Modbus, Ethernet, web services, HTML.
• Experience with cooling/control systems (e.g., HVAC, chilled water, DX, evaporative systems).
• Ability to read and interpret drawings, schematics and technical documentation.
• Experience across Design & Build and Design Bid Build delivery models.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design, coordination and delivery of Building Management Systems (BMS) and Electrical Power Management Systems (EPMS).
• Support projects across consultancy, design and construction stages.
• Work closely with clients, project teams, contractors, vendors and stakeholders to ensure requirements are delivered to a high standard.
