Merck in Dunboyne, Ireland, seeks a Senior Manufacturing Biotech Associate to join the Solution Prep Operations team on a 24/5 shift. You will lead local work teams, mentor colleagues, and drive continuous improvement using Lean Six Sigma tools.

You will work on Drug Substance manufacturing, become SME on downstream/upstream processes, and collaborate across departments to meet production goals and quality standards.

Qualifikationen

• GMP regulated manufacturing experience is required.
• Strong knowledge of upstream and downstream processes.
• Experience with automated systems (MES, SAP, DeltaV).
• Lean Six Sigma and CI experience is a plus.

Aufgaben

• Manufacture Drug Substance in a single-use facility with a self-directed team.
• Lead local work teams, train and mentor teammates, and support shift handovers.
• Apply Lean Six Sigma tools to drive continuous improvement and CI projects.
• Participate in inspections, GEMBA’s, and Go-See activities; support audits.
• Act as SME for production systems and coordinate cross-functional activities.
