Job summary

Innopharma Group seeks a Biotech Associate (BTA) Lead to support a multinational biopharmaceutical client site in Dublin. The role is a senior manufacturing position overseeing safe, compliant batch progression and acting as the shift contact, coordinating with the Shift Lead, engineers and cross‑functional teams to resolve operational issues.

You will lead troubleshooting, drive Lean improvements, mentor peers, and champion quality, safety and continuous improvement across the suite.

Qualifications

• 5+ years’ experience in biopharmaceutical manufacturing.
• Leadership capability to lead teams and deliver results.
• Proven GMP experience and knowledge of cGMP, EHS and quality.
• Strong technical knowledge of biologics operations and troubleshooting.
• Experience with SAP, DeltaV or equivalent; chromatography knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Lead safe, compliant production of biologic drug substance on shift.
• Coordinate with Shift Lead, engineers and cross‑functional teams.
• Troubleshoot issues and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
• Progress automated manufacturing recipes and manage batch progression.
• Set up single‑use equipment and ensure GMP/EHS compliance.
• Coach peers and support capability development across the value stream.
• Act as delegate for Manufacturing Shift Lead during emergencies.
