Job summary

Elusav Recruitment Ltd. has an opportunity for a BIM Engineer based in Leixlip, Co. Kildare.

You will produce 3D construction models from base data, develop isometrics and BOMs, and lead clashes across all building services. The role requires collaboration with multiple trades and field verification to ensure accurate federated models. Applicants should hold a degree or diploma in engineering or BIM, with 5+ years in a trades environment and strong Excel, AutoCAD, CAD Worx, and Revit skills.

Qualifications

• Trades background (5+ years) with good computer skills.
• University degree or diploma in engineering or BIM; engineering preferred with 3 years' BIM dept experience.
• Efficient in MS Excel.
• Knowledge of AutoCAD/CAD Worx/Revit.

Responsibilities

• Produce 3D construction models from base information (Base Design, PIDs, Scan data).
• Provide detailing on systems to enable automatic GA production, BOMs and isometrics.
• Manage clashes across all systems and coordinate with trades.
• Design/detail services support systems and adhere to BIM manuals.
