Job summary

Tritech Engineering in Dublin is seeking a Senior BIM Co-ordinator to join our in-house team, delivering complex construction BIM models and drawings.

You will lead clash detection, coordinate M&E elements, and run weekly coordination meetings with project stakeholders to maintain project timelines and data integrity.

The role requires a minimum of five years in BIM, proficiency with Revit, Navisworks and AutoCAD, and strong communication skills to support multidisciplinary teams.

Job description

Purpose of Role We are currently looking for a talented Senior BIM Co‑Ordinator to join our in house team, working on complex construction related projects. The successful candidate will thrive in a collaborative environment and resolve issues working closely with all stakeholders. The role is based in Dublin.

Principal Duties and Responsibilities

• Use BIM software to produce collaborative 3D models and associated drawings
• Liaise with BIM Manager, Project Manager, Project Engineer, and Project Supervisor
• Input model elements with required detail (graphic & data)
• Monitor/check clashes and produce weekly clash reports
• Coordinate and monitor incoming/shared models
• Lead weekly coordination meetings
• Produce images and drawings as required by Project Manager
• Perform BIM modelling and creation using Revit and AutoCAD
• Coordinate mechanical & electrical elements and asset data
• Produce COBie data
• Produce as-built drawings and models
• Produce Asset Information Model
• Deliver BIM on live and tender projects
• Create AutoCAD mechanical and electrical schematics
• Produce images for reports using BIM renders
• Adhere to the company's Safety Statement and Quality Health & Safety management system, including all policies and procedures
• Experience with point cloud data is advantageous

Role Requirements

• Mechanical/Electrical trade background an advantage
• Excellent IT skills – Revit, Navisworks, MS Office, etc.
• Excellent communication and organisational skills
• Minimum of 5 years experience in BIM/Revit/Navisworks
• Experience coordinating M&E services
• Ability to work individually and as part of a multi‑functional team
• Proven problem‑solving and coordination skills
