Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in BI, analytics, reporting, performance management, transformation, or related fields.
• Experience designing and deploying enterprise reporting and analytics solutions.
• Experience applying AI, predictive analytics, or advanced reporting technologies.

Responsibilities

• Lead development of enterprise reporting solutions, dashboards, scorecards, and performance management tools.
• Develop KPI scorecards and management reporting packages.
• Perform trend analysis, forecasting, and root-cause analysis to drive decisions.
• Own BI release management, testing, and production support.
• Coach BI analysts and foster continuous learning.
