Ryanair Engineering is expanding its maintenance capacity and seeking a Base Maintenance Manager (Lead) to oversee multi-site base maintenance across Europe. The successful candidate will lead Base Maintenance Managers, ensure MOE/Part-145 compliance, and uphold safety and workmanship standards while coordinating across locations and remote teams.

Qualificações

• Proven leadership across multiple bases/sites.
• Strong safety, MOE and Part-145 process knowledge.
• Ability to deliver maintenance on a multi-site network.
• Excellent stakeholder and resource management skills.

Responsabilidades

• Lead Base Maintenance Managers across the network and drive performance.
• Ensure maintenance is delivered and certified per MOE and Part-145.
• Maintain high safety, compliance, and workmanship standards.
• Oversee manpower planning, resource allocation, and production across sites.
• Ensure bases have facilities, tooling, materials and competent personnel.
• Drive training, competency and performance standards across teams.
• Manage subcontractor performance and ensure contractual compliance.
• Liaise with CAMO, suppliers and internal stakeholders on planning and defects.
• Own safety performance including risk management and reporting.
• Investigate and resolve operational, safety and compliance issues.
