Job summary

Test Triangle in Ireland seeks a senior IT Architect to own end-to-end architecture for a portfolio of solutions, aligning design decisions to business outcomes, Azure guardrails and the Well-Architected Framework.

You will work in a hybrid model with 2-3 days on site in Newbridge, delivering modernisation of applications and databases to cloud-native ecosystems and guiding technical teams through strategic transformation.

Qualifications

• Senior resources with minimum 7 years experience.
• English proficiency CEFR C2 or equivalent.
• Experience delivering enterprise or complex applications.
• Ability to translate business objectives into technology solutions.
• Experience modernising applications and databases to cloud-native architectures.
• Familiarity with Azure guardrails and Well-Architected Framework.

Responsibilities

• Owns end-to-end architecture for a given solution, aligning design decisions to outcomes.
• Work with Azure-based guardrails and Well-Architected Framework.
• Lead modernisation efforts moving monoliths to modular cloud-native ecosystems.
• Guide cross-functional teams and manage stakeholder expectations.
• Ensure security, governance and performance across platforms.
