Job summary

IQ-EQ is seeking a Senior Transaction Manager - Aviation in Dublin to oversee a portfolio of aviation finance clients, from incorporation and transaction closing through governance and wind-down where applicable.

You will coordinate with legal counsel, lenders, trustees, servicers, asset managers and accounting teams to ensure best-in-class service and compliance across complex transactions.

Qualifications

• Degree in Law, Business, Finance, Economics or related discipline.
• 5+ years of experience in aviation finance, transaction management or similar roles.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary relationship manager for a portfolio of aviation and aircraft leasing clients.
• Manage financing agreements, shareholder arrangements, and ABS transaction documentation.
• Ensure all transaction obligations and conditions precedent are completed accurately and on time.
