Job summary

IQ-EQ is seeking a Senior Transaction Manager - Aviation to lead a portfolio of aviation finance transactions, from incorporation to wind-down, coordinating with legal counsel, lenders, trustees and asset managers to deliver best-in-class governance.

You will serve as primary relationship manager for aviation leasing clients, oversee financing agreements and ABS structures, ensure conditions precedent are met, and manage post-closing actions and timelines across multiple concurrent deals.

Qualifications

• Degree in Law, Business, Finance, Economics or related discipline.
• 5+ years in aviation finance or transaction management in financial services.
• Experience managing complex transaction documentation and ABS structures.
• Strong coordination with legal counsel, lenders, trustees, and admins.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary relationship manager for aviation and aircraft leasing clients.
• Manage financing agreements, shareholder arrangements, and ABS docs.
• Ensure obligations and conditions precedents are completed accurately and on time.
• Coordinate post-closing actions and deliverables across portfolios.
• Drive transaction success with multi-stakeholder communications and timelines.
