IQ-EQ is seeking a Senior Transaction Manager - Aviation to lead a portfolio of aviation finance transactions, from incorporation to wind-down, coordinating with legal counsel, lenders, trustees and asset managers to deliver best-in-class governance.
You will serve as primary relationship manager for aviation leasing clients, oversee financing agreements and ABS structures, ensure conditions precedent are met, and manage post-closing actions and timelines across multiple concurrent deals.

The Senior Transaction Manager - Aviation will be responsible for managing a portfolio of aviation clients, including aircraft lessors, aircraft-owning Special purpose vehicles (SPVs), aviation ABS structures, joint ventures, warehouse facilities, and other aviation finance platforms. The role serves as the primary transaction management contact throughout the lifecycle of aviation structures, from incorporation and transaction closing through to ongoing governance, board support, compliance, restructuring and eventual wind-down where applicable. The successful candidate will coordinate with legal counsel, lenders, trustees, servicers, asset managers, corporate administrators, and accounting teams to ensure best-in-class client service and governance standards across a portfolio of complex aviation transactions.
