Job summary

Lilly is seeking an Automation Engineer (P1-P3) for its GCOA organisation to design and build end-to-end automation solutions for the global Finance platform. The role will leverage a stack including Python, PySpark, TypeScript, PostgreSQL, and AWS, interfacing with SAP APIs and Microsoft Fabric components.

Candidates should have 5+ years of programming experience and a bachelor's degree in a related field, with the ability to work independently or as a lead on technical initiatives.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of programming experience with systems and applications of varying scope and complexity, preferably finance/supply chain.

Responsibilities

• Partner with analyst team to review opportunities and assess feasibility.
• Participate in interviews/workshops to define and configure solutions.
• Use technology to solve business problems and present findings.
• Develop solutions following team standards and document designs and tests.
• Create and document test procedures and UAT scenarios.
• Support QA, audit, and platform migration activities as needed.
