Job summary

Xeinadin Group in Cork is expanding its Cork city team with a client-facing Senior Manager role based in our South Mall offices. Reporting to the Senior Audit Partner, the role will lead multiple external audit assignments for our regional client base and may involve advisory work.

The ideal candidate is ACA or ACCA qualified, with 5–7 years in external audit and at least 1–3 years in a supervisory role; strong collaboration, organisation, and a client-focused mindset are essential.

Qualifications

• ACA or ACCA qualified.
• 5–7 years in external audit, with 1–3 years in supervisory/management role.
• Organised manager with strong collaboration and client focus.

Responsibilities

• Plan, resource, and structure audit assignments; review work papers and financial statements.
• Support partner on advisory projects including negotiations, restructuring, and litigation support.
• Supervise trainees pursuing professional qualification.
• Achieve team budgets and performance objectives.
• Maintain high technical and professional standards.
