Qualifications

• Must be a qualified Solicitor with structured finance experience.
• Experience between 1 and 4 years PQE is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Advise on securitisation of loan books for banks and lenders.
• Provide structured finance solutions for institutional clients.
• Assist in CLO transactions and fund finance.
• Advise on regulatory matters pertinent to practice group.
