Job summary

IQ-EQ is seeking a Senior Associate - Real Estate Operations in Ireland to support the operational oversight of a portfolio of real estate funds. You will collaborate with clients, legal advisors, administrators, depositaries and other key stakeholders to ensure smooth fund operations and governance.

You will manage day-to-day activities, oversee NAV production, investor reporting and the audit process, while reviewing documentation and driving continuous improvements in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

  • 3–4 years of experience in fund accounting, fund administration, or fund operations.
  • Strong understanding of fund operations, accounting principles, financial statements, and fund accounting, valuation, and custody process.
  • Experience managing client relationships and working with internal teams, administrators, depositaries, auditors, and legal advisors.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, with strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Proactive and collaborative professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is committed to delivering exceptional client service and operational excellence.

Job Description

As a Senior Associate - Real Estate Operations, you will play a key role in supporting the operational oversight of a portfolio of real estate funds. You will work closely with clients, legal advisors, administrators, depositaries, and other key stakeholders to ensure the smooth delivery of fund operations, governance, and financial reporting.
