Qualifications

5+ years’ experience in Transaction Services and/or Corporate Finance advisory.
Excellent analytical and report-writing skills.
Strong commercial awareness and organisational ability.
Confidence in dealing with multiple stakeholders throughout a transaction.
Proactive mindset with the ability to adapt to new challenges and find solutions.

Responsibilities

Lead the review and analysis of financial information of target companies preparing for a transaction.
Lead and coordinate projects, collaborating with Irish and international colleagues.
Plan, prepare and review client deliverables including excel databooks, reports, presentations and discussion packs.
Lead presentations and interactions with clients and key stakeholders throughout engagements.
Liaise with legal and other professional advisers to support the successful completion of transactions.
Assist with all business development efforts.
Supervise, mentor and support junior team members within the department.
