Job summary

Digital Realty is seeking a Senior Associate, Customer Implementation Services to coordinate customer deployments, data centre fit-outs, and infrastructure projects from planning to delivery.

You will manage multi-disciplinary teams, liaise with customers, and ensure timelines and budgets are met, while identifying risks and driving resolutions.

This role requires strong communication, organizational skills, and a proactive approach to delivering outstanding customer experiences.

As a Senior Associate, Customer Implementation Services, you will play a key role in coordinating customer deployments, data centre fit-outs, and infrastructure implementation projects from planning through to successful delivery.

What You'll Do

• Manage the delivery of customer implementation projects from initiation through to completion, ensuring projects meet agreed timelines and customer expectations.
• Support pre-sales activities by providing implementation timelines, delivery estimates, and project-related input to support customer solutions.
• Develop and coordinate implementation plans, schedules, and resource requirements to support successful deployments.
• Act as the primary point of contact for customers throughout project delivery, building trusted relationships and providing clear communication at every stage of the project lifecycle.
• Coordinate activities across Operations, Security, Engineering, Procurement, Remote Hands teams, contractors, and third-party vendors to ensure successful project execution.
• Monitor project progress, proactively identify risks, dependencies, and issues, and drive resolutions to keep projects on track.
• Support procurement and tendering activities for larger customer installations, including reviewing vendor proposals and participating in vendor selection processes
• Contribute to process improvements and share lessons learned to enhance customer experience and project delivery effectiveness.

What You'll Bring

• Experience within a data centre, critical facilities, building services, telecommunications, or technical infrastructure environment.
• Experience in customer implementation, service delivery, project coordination, technical operations, or facilities-related roles.
• Strong customer-facing skills with the ability to build and maintain effective relationships with customers and stakeholders.
• Experience coordinating multiple workstreams, vendors, contractors, and cross-functional teams to achieve successful outcomes.
• Ability to influence and drive activities across teams without direct management responsibility.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working within a data centre or mission-critical environment.
• Knowledge of data centre infrastructure, including racks, cages, cabling, power distribution, or associated technologies.
• Experience interpreting technical drawings, specifications, or implementation plans.
• Exposure to infrastructure deployment, customer onboarding, or implementation projects.
• Project management certification or project coordination experience is advantageous.
