Job summary

CDP Architecture in Dublin is seeking a Senior Architect with at least three years of experience and strong design skills to contribute to housing, apartments, student accommodation and mixed-use developments.

The role requires experience with BCMS/BCAR, excellent AutoCAD and Revit abilities, and a solid understanding of Building Regulations and Planning Guidelines. You will work across all project stages and collaborate effectively within a team.

Qualifications

• Minimum three years of senior architect experience.
• Proficiency in BCMS / BCAR processes.
• Experience with housing, apartments, student accommodation, and mixed-use developments.
• Knowledge of Building Regulations & Planning Guidelines.
• Experience in feasibility studies, planning, tender and construction packages.
• Site experience is an advantage.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Own transport is an advantage.

We are seeking for a Senior Architect with minimum three years or more of experience and strong design to take a productive role in an expanding friendly office, working on a variety of projects as housing, apartments, student accommodation and mixed-use developments.

Job Requirements

• BCMS / BCAR experience.
• Excellent Autocad and Revit skills required.
• Thorough knowledge of Building Regulations & Planning Guidelines.
• Experience of working on small, medium and large-scale complex projects demonstrating strong design and detailing experience.
• Experienced across all stages of Site and Project management an advantage.
• Experience preparing of feasibilities, planning, tender and construction packages and drawings.
• Site experience an advantage.
• The successful applicant will have proven design ability and experience of realising projects on site.
• Highly motivated, flexible, well organized with the ability to work efficiently to deadlines.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills and be able to work well as part of a team.
• Own transport / car an advantage.
