Job summary

SoftCo, an AI-native Procure-to-Pay automation company, is seeking an experienced Senior Business Consultant who combines AP/P2P expertise with solution design and delivery leadership. This senior, hands-on role challenges processes and translates business requirements into effective SoftCo configurations.

Within six months, you will operate independently as a Solution and Delivery Lead, mentor other consultants and promote AI-enabled delivery.

Qualifications

• Significant experience in AP/P2P automation or finance transformation.
• Proven ability to lead complex software implementations.
• Strong consulting and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead AP/P2P consulting & solution design workshops.
• Own end-to-end solution design and delivery for implementations.
• Mentor consultants and drive delivery effectiveness.
