Job summary

Qualifications

• BSc/MSc/PhD in biopharma with 5+ years as Analytical Scientist.
• Strong knowledge of cGMP and equipment qualification.
• Extensive chromatography experience and Empower software.
• Proficiency with bioanalytical methods including plate reader assays.
• Experience troubleshooting instrumentation and QA documentation.
• Ability to work cross-functionally and lead projects.
• Excellent communication and attention to detail.
• Self-motivated with a flexible approach.

Responsibilities

• Lead analytical development projects on non-commercial batches in the ADL.
• Introduce new analytical methods and equipment in the lab.
• Troubleshoot testing and instrument issues.
• Support SOPs, protocols, and reports documentation.
• Drive continuous improvement and cross-functional collaboration.
